Manufacturing Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hello@whitetailsk8.com.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved:

• the original product must be returned to Québec, Canada;
• the customer is responsible for proper return & shipping costs;
• shipping costs for the replacement product may also apply.

Normal Wear

Skateboards are designed to be ridden.

Scratches, chipped graphics, pressure marks, stress cracks, scuffs, and other cosmetic signs of use are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

It is primordial to store the 100% natural maple wood skateboard deck mounted, away from sunlight, between 1 to 35 degrees celcisu, avoid exposing it to extreme dryness or humidity. 

Because each deck is made from natural wood, variations in grain, colour, and finish are normal and make every skateboard unique.

Returns

Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• products that have been used;
• normal wear from riding;
• cosmetic damage caused by use;
• change of mind.

If we make an error with your order or your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
